Land Dev Coaching LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates learnlanddevelopment.com and the Land Development Accelerator programs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you submit through our forms, including your name, email address, phone number, and any business details you choose to share.
- Registration information when you sign up for our free training, including the Land Development 101 and Capital Raising 101 courses.
- Booking information when you schedule a call through our scheduling provider, including answers to the questions on the booking form.
- Application and enrollment information if you apply for our group coaching mastermind or one on one mentorship.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed by our third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Content you post inside our private community platform and information about your participation in coaching calls, including recordings and transcripts of calls you attend.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, referring source, and device and browser information.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the free courses, trainings, and resources you request.
- To schedule and conduct calls, respond to your questions, and provide coaching and program support.
- To process payments and administer enrollment in our paid programs.
- To send you emails about our programs, content, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To send you text messages if you have given consent. See the SMS and Text Messaging section below.
- To improve our website, our content, and the way we run our programs.
SMS and Text Messaging
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Land Development Accelerator and Land Dev Coaching LLC at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include training reminders, call scheduling, program updates, and offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@learnlanddevelopment.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt in information and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing of Information
