Free Courses and Educational Content
Land Development 101, Capital Raising 101, our trainings, articles, videos, and calls are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, engineering, or real estate brokerage advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own licensed professionals before acting on anything you learn here.
Access to free courses is a license for your personal use. We may modify or discontinue any free resource at any time.
Coaching Programs
Our group coaching mastermind and one on one mentorship are sold by application. Program scope, fees, payment schedule, term length, and refund policy are set out in the separate written enrollment agreement you sign before your program begins. That agreement controls if anything in it conflicts with these Terms.
Coaching is guidance and instruction. We are not your partner, agent, broker, fiduciary, or joint venturer on any deal you pursue, and we do not assume any liability for the outcome of a transaction you decide to do.
Results and Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantee of income, profit, or any specific result. Real estate and land development involve real risk, including the risk of loss. Any results, case studies, or testimonials shown on this site reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not typical or a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your market, your capital, your experience, your effort, and factors outside anyone’s control.
